Yuggera Playing Cards – Flora/Fauna
$49.95
Yuggera Flora/Fauna QR cards – Memory Matching Game.
Includes:
- 60 playing cards – 2 x each of 30 flora and fauna cards with QR codes to activate how to pronounce in the Yuggera language
- Instruction card and bag.
This is a Yuggera memory matching card game for two or more players. It is for ages 3 and above and contains 30 different flora and fauna names in Yuggera (2 of each) and English. The game also has a QR code you can scan to hear the word. It can be used for Fish and Snap as well.
Instructions:
- Shuffle the cards and lay them face down.
- The player with the first name closest to M goes first. Play then continues in a clockwise direction.
- On each turn, a player turns over any two cards (one at a time) and keeps them if the cards match, for instance, two moggil – eastern water dragon.
- If they successfully match a pair, they get to keep the cards, and that player gets another turn.
- If you have a device with a QR reader you may use this now to hear the flora or fauna of the matching pair. However, this may occur throughout the game to improve your language skills.
- When a player turns over two cards that do not match, those cards are turned face down again (in the same position) and it becomes the next player’s turn.
- The trick is to remember which cards are placed where.
- The person with the most pairs wins at the end of the game.
